Humble Spirit

Humble Spirit is a wine country restaurant in historic downtown McMinnville, Oregon. The menu celebrates the seasonal bounty of the Willamette Valley, focusing on provisioners using practices like regenerative farming and small-batch craft. The JHL team leaned in to the space’s exposed brick and complemented it with warm wood and brass. The Humble Spirit team especially appreciates the functionality of a custom service island built centrally to easily attend to patrons needs.
